GAMAAN (the Group for Analyzing and Measuring Attitudes in IRAN) is an independent, non-profit research foundation registered in the Netherlands that studies the attitudes of Iranians towards various social and political subjects. Using innovative approaches and utilizing digital tools, GAMAAN aims to extract (real) opinions of Iranians about sensitive issues and questions that cannot be measured by using the conventional survey methods under the existing situation in Iran.
GAMAAN operates under supervision of a board including Dr. Ammar Maleki (founder and director), an assistant professor of comparative politics at Tilburg University, and Dr. Pooyan Tamimi Arab, an assistant professor of religious studies at Utrecht University.
